COMPANY IS NOT AN INSURER Customer acknowledges and agrees that neither the company or its contractor is an insurer; that customer assumes all risk of personal injury and or loss or damage to Customer's Premises or to the contents thereof. The customer has read and understands this agreement when purchasing any products from the company or contractor of the company. Our items are custom made so there are times an item may be unavailable at the time of order. This happens with any internet and or catalog sale business and we at Western Home Decor will not be held liable for out of stock products. If you are concerned about availability of products due to selling on an auction etc..it is best you have the item in your possession if you are concerned about out of stock items. Shipping Methods and Costs (PLEASE NOTE PROCESSING AND ESTIMATED SHIP TIMES UNDER THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME AREA AND PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION !!) All of the items sold on www.westernhomedecoronline.com are divided into three shipping categories: Standard Ship Items, Special Ship Items and Oversized Items. Each shipping method has different restrictions and charges. Not all items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Standard Ship Items The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total Shipping and Handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual Shipping and Handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout. The majority of items sold on www.westernhomedecoronline.com are shipped via Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are dependent on the item(s) that are in your order. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Standard Ground Shipping Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to five full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within FIVE to FIFTEEN FULL business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse depends totally on how many orders are ahead of the last order received.)Some orders may go out within five to ten days and another order might not be shipped before fifteen days or longer. Office Business days are Monday-Fridays and most Saturdays Central time, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Order Processing Time Please allow a processing time for your order before it leaves the warehouse. Order processing time is estimated in "full business days," excluding the day on which the order is placed. Most items are available within the five to fifteen shipping days due to being custom made and not mass produced. If you need a product by a certain date - please contact us and we will see if there is a way to complete your order in a different time frame. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday,and Saturdays, excluding federal holidays within the United States. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. For example, if you order an item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. By selecting Third Day delivery, you can expect your order to be delivered by Monday of the following week. Returning a Standard Ship Item or Special Ship Item Here are the basic steps: - Pack the item securely in the original package. - Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item and the resaon for the return. -All products must be returned in the same condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Please note: that a full credit is only the amount of the product/items. The shipping charges will not be refunded. A 20 Percent Restocking Fee will apply if you order a product, then you decide you do not want the item. -All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. -For your protection, we recommend that you use Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions),CALL 903-549-2854  BEFORE SHIPPING THE RETURN ITEM: YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED WHERE TO SEND PRODUCT. Larco Corporation Returns Department - Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse. -You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. This does not include freight items. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging.  SHIPPING UPS,FED X GROUND & PRIORITY MAIL Please provide a valid street address for delivery. UPS or Fed Ex cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We will send your order (Priority Mail) if your shipment must be sent to a P.O. Box. There might be an increase in the shipping cost. If there is, we will note the increase on your packing slip. This might result in another charge to your credit card for the difference. If UPS or Fed Ex is not available in your area we will change the shipping method to USPS (Priority Mail) at no additional cost. ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO ADDRESSES - Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are sent Priority Mail using the United States Postal Service. Customers with orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will receive a Priority Mail tracking number with their shipping confirmation email. DELIVERY TIME - U.S. POSTAL SERVICE United States Postal Service website at Go To USPS for priority mail delivery times. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (defined as Monday through Friday, excepting holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days from the receipt of your order and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order.
