To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Enclose the original packing list with the item. If unavailable, include your order number, billing name, address, and reason for return.

All products must be returned in the same condition, in original boxes whenever possible, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories for full credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies to unwanted items.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for returns. Call 903-549-2031 before shipping the return item to receive further instructions.
